Now is the time to prepare!

This past conference we heard from our prophet that now is the time to prepare ourselves and the world for the Savior's second coming. We may not know how long or what hour the savior is coming, but he is coming and it's coming closer every day. Stop putting off things in our lives and get to work has been the call of our prophet. It takes time to prepare for something as grand as the second coming so stop telling yourself that you can talk to this or that person tomorrow now is the time.

If you have left the church please come back we not only need what you have to offer, but you need what the gospel has to offer you. Until you come back you are missing blessings that could be yours for the taking. So come back to the gospel. Prepare yourself for the blessings of the temple. Study the gospel so when a person asks a question you are prepared before hand to answer their questions. Don't just believe, but study out the gospel and ask God the questions of your heart. Study until those questions are answered but make sure to go to the right places for the answers.

When you go to church make sure to go with a positive attitude so you are prepared to welcome people who might be struggling in their testimony or who are new or just coming back. Get to know the people who are in your ward so they know that they are your brother or sister. Those are not just words but truth we are brothers and sisters in the gospel. Find ways to get outside of yourself to serve others around you.

The world may be in darkness and storms may be coming in floods, but that means the world needs what the gospel has to offer more than ever before. This is the gospel of joy and glad tidings so may we show the world such. We are the people to prepare this world for the second coming of the savior and that should be exciting to realize how much God trusts us.
