About two days ago I decided that I needed to change my life and the only one who could was me. Even though it is hard I'm doing an hour of exercise a day. Spending time in the scriptures. Changing my attitude about myself. Good things will come into our lives if only we change a few small things in our lives. God loves us and to him we are enough. So even though we should be doing better every day we should be enough for ourselves as well. If God didn't love us so much he never would have sent his begotten son. The fact that he did tells us that he loves us so much and the two great commandments are to love God and to love our neighbors. How can we do this if we don't start with loving ourselves. The other thing we should ask ourselves when we don't feel enough is this how we would want our own children to feel? If its not then we should change our minds about ourselves.
